Protein Choices
Choose 2 basic proteins per guest. Each guest gets a ginger salad,
hibachi vegetables and hibachi egg fried rice.
Basic proteins: Chicken | NY Strip | Shrimp | Scallop | Salmon | Tofu
Upgrade proteins: Filet Mignon +$5 | Lobster +$10
Third protein: Any basic +$10 | Filet Mignon +$15 | Lobster +$20
